Louise was born June 4, 1919 in Anson County, NC a daughter of the late Charles Paul Myers and the late Sallie Gulledge Myers. She was a graduate of Deep Creek High School, a life-long member of Deep Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Anson County Department of Social Services as Food Stamp Supervisor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Carlton Watson and Norman Shepherd;son-in-law, Chester Rogers; grandson, Chad Rogers; sister, Elizabeth Braswell and nephew, Tim Braswell.
