Born Dec. 11. 13S9. Salt Lake City, to James P. and Mary Ann Bumham Freeze. Married Theresa Cahoon. 1909. Murray. Worked for the American Smelting and Relinne Co.. Murray, for many years. Member, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Former Murray resident. Moved to California last year.

Survivors: widow: son, daughters. Joseph C., Seattle. Wash.: Mrs. Mary Rossell. Redwood City: Mrs. Dorothy Poulton, Nc-.vberc [sic] Ore.-, four grandchildren: two great-grandchildren: brother, sisters. Sherman G., Alur- ra-'- [sic] Mrs. Annie Tucker, Mrs. Fsnnie Ncslen [sic]. Mrs. Maud Wells, Mrs. Jennie White. Mrs. Grace Folland. Salt Lake City. Funeral and buriaL Wednesday. Redwood City.
