STEHLEY--Mrs. Rose B., 76, Ligonier, R.D. 1, formerly of Johnstown, died at 1 p.m. Oct. 12, 1957, in Latrobe Hospital. Born Apr. 7, 1881, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Zachariah Croft. Preceded in death by husband, William. Survived by these children: William, Ligonier, R.D. 1; Howard, Lilly; Mrs. Belva Wiedwald, 564 Coleman Avenue; Mrs. Ruth Klem, Johnstown, and Mrs. Dora Berkey, Gallitzin; 19 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; brother, James, Smith Alley. Friends received in John Henderson Funeral Home, 215 Central Avenue, where service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Andrew J. Rehbogen. Interment, Richland Cemetery.

I visited the cemetery office and spoke with the manager on Aug. 14, 2021.
It seems back in those days, families would purchase 6 plots at a time and bury several family members together. Sadly, in this case, only two of the five currently have a headstone. I inquired about purchasing a headstone for William, Rose and Ruth.
