Joyce L. Reiter, 64, of Warsaw, Illinois, and formerly of Meyer, Illinois, died at 1:41 PM Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.
Joyce was born May 31, 1952, daughter of Warren and Betty Smith Holtman in Quincy, Illinois. On October 6, 1989, she was united in marriage to John Reiter in Quincy, Illinois. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Parish in Quincy, Illinois.
Joyce is survived by a niece, Jessica Holman, and a nephew, Justin Holtman, both of Quincy, Illinois. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jim Holtman.
A graveside service will be at a later date in Mendon Cemetery. No visitation is planned.
Memorials may be made to Quincy Humane Society.
