Dorothy I. Bellush, 102, of 1512 18th St., Bedford, died at 2:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
Born Dec. 4, 1912, in Fort Ritner, she was the daughter of Warren and Cynthia (Williams) Nicholson. She married Thomas Bellush on Dec. 25, 1936, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 2, 1992.
She had worked for Reliance Manufacturing and M. Fine & Sons. She was a member of the Hillcrest Christian Church and Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include nephews, Jim Bellush and wife Dianne of Bedford and John Bellush and wife Becky, of Indianapolis; nieces, Janet Bellush, Johann Klumpp, Jerri Anderson and husband Bill and Dorothy Lambrecht and husband John, all of Bedford; and several great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers, Arvil, Otis, Homer and Clifford Nicholson; two sisters, Ella Nicholson and Othell Mae (Nicholson) Earl; and two stepsons, Bob Bellush and Tom Bellush.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Charlie Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
