William Jasper Langdon, 55, of Red Oak, who during his boyhood was a resident of Villisca, died last Thursday at his home in Red Oak. Funeral services were held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the Christian Church in Red Oak and burial in the Evergreen Cemetery there.
Mr. Langdon is survived by his widow, two daughters, Mrs. Harold Meek, Fort Dodge, Iowa, and Lois Langdon at home, and a son, Keith Langdon at home.
Mr. Langdon was born in Indiana and came to Villisca to spend his boyhood. Later he went to Montana to reside a few years and then returned to Iowa.
He was a member of the Christian Church where he served as deacon, and was a member of the Modern Woodman of America.
