Obituary for Elgin Hugh Cubitt
Passed away suddenly at his home, on Thursday, October 7th, 2010 at the age of 75. Elgin, beloved husband of the late Rose (nee McDonald) (2008). Loving father of xxx and her friend xxx, xxx and his wife xxx. Dear grandfather of 2. Dear brother of Blanche Stewart and the late Joe, Ralph, and Bert. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Following Elgin's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Nottawa United Church, Queen Street, Nottawa, on Wednesday October 13th, 2010, from 12-1 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life for Elgin, at 1 pm. Interment at the First Presbyterian Cemetery. Donations made to Collingwood Minor Hockey and Collingwood Minor Ball would be appreciated by the family.
