She was born an Alleman, first husband was Cyrus Meche, final husband was E.J. Richard. I don't know why the family chose to put her name on the headstone as Delphine Meche Richard, which makes it seem that Meche was her maiden name. She and Cyrus divorced, which makes it even more strange. Anyway, just wanted to throw in this explanation to go along with the edits. Thank you!
