Sherrill—Albert H. Conde, Sr., 92, of 237 E. Hamilton Ave., died Thursday [2 Nov] in the Main St. Nursing Home in Oneida after a long illness.
He was born in Charlton Oct. 28 1868, and came to this area about 50 years ago. He was employed by Oneida Ltd. until his retirement in 1942. At one time he was manager of Oneida Limited’s farm.
Mr. Conde was twice married. His first wife, Myra Heaton, died in 1934. He later married Grace Noxon who passed away in 1955. He was a member of the Park Methodist Church in Sherrill.
He is survived by one son, Lyall T. Conde, Sherrill; a grandson, Albert Conde, Jr., Oneida Castle; two great grandchildren; and one nephew, Russell Conde, Winter Park, Fla.
