Mrs. Guillory passed away at St. Patrick Hospital at the age of 93 surrounded by loved ones.

She was born in Delcambre, LA, and was a longtime resident of Lake Charles, LA. She retired in 1988 from St. Patrick Hospital after 18 years of dedicated service. She was an avid gardener, hard worker, amazing cook, and loving to all. Her love of family led to her passion of genealogy, resulting in the compilation of four books. She enjoyed an active and independent lifestyle at home where she enjoyed visits from family members until her final days. She was a faithful and dedicated member of St. Margaret Catholic Church. Her attitude, determination, love of athletics, and loyal nature were passed down to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her legacy is one of tenacity, generosity, a profound work ethic, and an appreciation of all things.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward A. Guillory; and sons, Cornell C. Guillory and Carol A. Guillory.

Visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a rosary being recited at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume Saturday from 10:00 AM until her service at 1:00 PM, followed by burial at Prien Memorial Park.
