Frances Pearl Wilson Hamlin, 84, died Monday Nov. 21, 2016 at the McLeod Hospice House after an illness.
Frances was born in Lee County, the daughter of the late Corbett Livingston and Mary Rose Sansbury Wilson. She was a State Supervisor with GTE South with 33 years of service, before retiring. Frances was a member of Bethea Baptist Chapel. She enjoyed her service in the Pilot Club of Kingstree, she served as a Director of the Lake City Chamber of Commerce. Frances served on numerous boards in Williamsburg and Florence County.
