NEZER BENNETT DEAD
Nezer Bennett died Friday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bennett, west of town, of tuberculosis.
The dreaded disease fastened itself upon him a few months ago and since then he has been a doomed man.
He was born and reared on a farm near Danvers, Ill., coming here about five years ago. At the time of his death he was 35 yrs., 9 mo. and 10 days old.
The remains were taken Sunday night to Congerville, Il., at which place funeral services were held Monday.
He was married almost two years ago to Miss Mollie Mathews, and she preceded him to the other world about 3 months ago, being a victim of the same disease.

Death of Nezer Bennett
Nezer Bennett died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bennett, of Browning Chapel neighborhood, last Friday of consumption. The body was taken to his old home, Congerville, Ill., Sunday where funeral and burial took place Monday.
Deceased was born on a farm near Danvers, Ill., and came to Missouri with his parents and located on a farm west of town five years ago. About two years ago he was married to Miss Mollie Mathews, who preceded him in death, having died of consumption a few months ago. At the time of his death Mr. Bennett was in his 36th year.
