Mrs. Susannah Rorabaugh Dead.
Mrs. Susannah Rorabaugh, of El Dorado, mother of A.O. Rorabaugh, who is well known in Emporia, died yesterday morning at 11 o'clock after a long illness caused by a complication of diseases. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in El Dorado. The Rorabaugh store in Emporia will be closed during the hour of the service.
Mrs. Rorabaugh had lived in Kansas only a few years, having come from Altamount, Mo. Her husband, John Rorabaugh died about two years ago. Mrs. Rorabaugh whose maiden name was Brown, was born in Ohio seventy-four years ago.
Mrs. Rorabaugh as well as her children, was known to many Emporia people. Her children are A.O. Rorabaugh, DeLos Rorabaugh, Wichita; Mrs. Willis Grove, Potwin, and Misses Margaret and Elia Rorabaugh of El Dorado. She is survived by one brother, Dexter Brown, who lives near Canton, Ohi. - Emporia Gazette.
