Rita Mary Khachaturian
Rita Mary Khachaturian passed away at her home in Hillsborough on November 4, 2016, surrounded by family, after a long battle with dementia. Born in Glossop, England on August 12, 1938, she had lived in Hillsborough for over 45 years. Rita was a beautiful and elegant woman. She enjoyed a long career as an Interior Designer, with her flair and sense of style she could make any space beautiful, especially her own home, where she loved being a great wife, taking care of her family and raising her four children. She was an excellent cook and could throw the most dazzling parties. She made everyone feel welcome and had a wicked sense of humor. Even though she had much tragedy in her life, including the loss of two sons, she had a way of making you feel better on your worst day. She supported many charities through her family foundation.

She was the beloved wife .. cherished mother .. loving grandmother .. and dear sister ...
The family will receive friends at a Visitation to be held Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the CROSBY – N. GRAY & CO. Funeral Home, 2 Park Road, Burlingame. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, 1370 El Camino Real, Colma.
