Mr. Ernest Lee Dill age 64 of Elkton, KY passed away Wednesday November 16, 2016 5:00 p.m. at Medical Center of Bowling Green, KY of natural causes. Services will be Sunday November 20, 2016 1:30 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton with Rev. Mitch Hedge officiating. Burial will follow in the Gant Cemetery at Sharon Grove, KY. Visitation will be on Saturday November 19, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home.
Mr. Dill was born August 23, 1952 the son of the late Ernest Howard “Jay Bird” Dill and Jo Dill Bryant. He was a self-employed carpenter, previous custodian at Todd County Middle School and retired custodian for Warren East High School in Bowling Green, KY. Mr. Dill was a member of Potters House Worship Center in Elkton, KY.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years Nelline Dill of Elkton, KY, his sons Howard (April) Dill of Guthrie, KY, Robert Eugene (Michele) Dill of Elkton, KY, his daughter Jennifer Nelline Dill of Guthrie, KY, his brothers Randy Dill of Russellville, KY and Don Dill of Mahomet, IL, his sisters Wanda Brown of Elkton, KY and Tina Berry of Chandlers Chapel, KY, 5 Grandchildren Chelsey Nicole Dill, Tristan Michael Dill, Zackery Lee Dill, Savannah Faye Dill and Raegan Nelline Dill and 1 Great Grandchild Madelynn Nicole Shelby.
