Kentucky Death Records give her birth date as 10 Sep 1857. Malissa had a twin sister, Martha Speak who appears to have died young. Both girls were listed in the 1860 census as age 2, but only Malissa is listed in the 1870 census, so Martha appears to have died between 1860 and 1870. I do not know where she is buried.
