Chalmers McCall, 86, a retired farmer, died December 17 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Elmer Summerville, Rimersburg, RD.
A resident of Piney and Toby townships for his entire life, Mr. McCall was the son of William and Clarissa Steele McCall. He was born March 16, 1869.
His wife, the former Anna Kathryn Shoup, died one year ago.
Surviving are one daughter and two sons, Mrs. Summervile, Guy, Clarion RD, and Ross, Rimersburg RD. Eleven grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren also survive.
Services were held in the Hawk Funeral Home by the Rev. Eugene Wetzel of the Reformed church in Rimersburg, interment was in the Rimersburg Cemetery.
