Evelyn A. (Mello) Amarello, 103, of Somerset, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016. She was the wife of the late Manuel C. Amarello. Evelyn was born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Manuel and Marie Christina (Medeiros) Mello. She was a longtime communicant of Saint John of God Church who also loved animals. Survivors are three dear friends: Doreen OGara of Somerset; Donna Nunes of Somerset and Frank Camara of Somerset a sister: Virginia Rebello of Somerset. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 9am in Saint John of God Church, 996 Brayton Avenue, Somerset. Relatives and friends are invited to attend, burial will be private at her request. Calling Hours are omitted.
