PAINTON — Robert Luther Robins of rural Painton died Sunday at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was 73 years old.
Mr. Robins, a retired farmer, was born Nov. 19, 1906, at Bessville. He was of the Baptist faith.
On Oct 27, 1928, he married the former Amy Louise Hensley who survives. Additional survivors include four sons, Tom Robins, Piedmont, Carl and John Robins, both of Advance, and Joe Robins, Collinsville, Illinois; a sister, Mrs. Molly Robins Sample, Jackson; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance where the service will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 with the Rev. Arvil Huffman of the Chaffee General Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park near Advance.
