Paul Toussaint Brazeau, Sr., 86, of Mansfield, CT was called to Heaven November 8, 2016. He was born on November 1, 1930 in Marlboro, MA, 1 of 17 children of the late Joseph and Lura (Daniels) Brazeau. After serving in the Air Force during the Korean War, he was a welder at Pratt and Whitney for over 30 years. Paul was a former member of the Knights of Columbus and the French club, as well as a Boy Scout Leader for 15 years. He also loved bowling, and riding motorcycles. Paul is survived by Joyce Brazeau and their 9 children: Marjorie, Paul Jr., Mark, Theresa, Matthew, Jeanette, Jacqueline, Pierre and James; 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by 5 siblings: Lydia, Arthur, Rita, Victor and John. Paul is predeceased by his son John and 11 siblings. Calling hours will be held Friday, November 11, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic, CT. A Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 1:00 p.m., St. Joseph’s Church - Eagleville, 875 Stafford Road, Storrs, CT, followed by burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Coventry.
