Jerry McMillan, 62, of Chanute, Kansas, passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006.

He was born in Bentonville, Arkansas, on Jan. 10, 1944, to Edwin and Nellie (Dillow) McMillan.

He attended Bentonville schools.

He married Carol Hill on Nov. 2, 1963, in Chanute, Kansas.

He worked for 15 years as a carpenter/maintenance man at the Tioga Suites in Chanute.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; two sons Larry E. McMillan of the home and Dennis A. (Kelli) McMillan, all of Chanute, KS; three Grandsons, Taylor A. McMillan of Chanute, KS, David L. Krone and Kaden D. Krone both of Princeton, KS; granddaughter Makenzie K. McMillan of Chanute, KS; many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father; a sister, Margaret Baker; a brother, John McMillan and an infant brother Steve McMillan.

Services will be at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel in Chanute, Kansas. Burial will be Nov. 29, 2006, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Chanute, Kansas.
