Mrs. Webster was a member of Church of God of Prophecy.
Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy M. Harris of Norfolk and Mildred V. Nelson of Winston-Salem, N.C.; three sons, William E. Webster of Norfolk, Howard F. Webster of California and James D. Webster of Chesapeake; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
The graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Douglas Bell.
The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
