Robert H. Hawk, 85, of Beaver Run Drive, Mahoning Township, passed away Thursday, November 10th at The Summit Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Lehighton. He was the husband of the late Judith Ann Hibbard Hawk. Born in Mahoning Township, he was a son of the late Floyd & Flossie Weaver Hawk. He served our country with the US Army during the Korean War attaining the rank of PFC with the Co B, 42nd Engineering Construction Battalion. Prior to his retirement, he was employed at The Blue Ridge Pressure Castings, Lehighton as a production inspector. He was of the protestant faith & held a membership at The Lehighton American Legion Post #314. Surviving are his care givers, Ronald & Sarah Mertz of Mahoning Township & his canine friend “Abbey”. He was predeceased by 2 brothers, Kenneth & Junior Hawk. Services & interment will be private.
