Deborah Kay "Debbie" McPherson of Davie, FL had lived in Davie for the past three years and previously resided in the Tampa area. She was employed by the DeMert Corporation. The McPherson family of four from Davie, Florida, died when their small plane crashed in a wooded residential area near Chattanooga. Nelson McPherson, reported problems with his plane's landing instruments shortly before the crash, authorities said. McPherson, his wife, Debbie, and their teenage daughters were killed. She was 43.
