--Mrs. Margaret Cumie Lynch, 94, widow of Holbert H. Lynch, died at her home, Rt. 3, Pickens, in the Oolenoy section Friday after two years of declining health.
--Daughter of the late Allen and Elgevia Jones Edens, she was a lifelong resident of the Oolenoy section and was a member of Oolenoy Baptist Church and the extension department of its Sunday School.
--Surviving are five sons, Ray Lynch of Greenville, Esley Lynch of Westminster, Josiah, Morris and Carl Lynch of Pickens; a brother, W. E. Edens of Pickens; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
--Funeral services will be conducted at Oolenoy Baptist Church at 4 p.m. Saturday by Dr. S. H. Jones, Rev. T. A. Sims Jr. and Rev. Frank Looper. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
--Pallbearers will be Hugh Jones, Mac Edens, Beattie Lynch, Paul Lynch, Robert Ferguson and J. L. Looper.
--Honorary escort will be deacons of the church.
--The body is at the home and will be placed in the church at 3 p.m. Saturday. Robinson Funeral Home is in charge.
