Elizabeth was the daughter of Matthias Irion and Maria Magdalena Pfister. She is named in her father's 1761 will as "George's eldest sister". There is no definite record of who or if she married, but a number of baptismal records strongly suggest that she became the wife of Jacob Biel. For example, in 1760 Jacob and Elizabeth Biel had a daughter whose baptismal sponsors were Frederick and Susanna Leiby, son-in-law and daughter of Matthias Irion.
Jacob and Elizabeth Biel had another daughter in 1764 and but there is no further record of Elizabeth. However, when her brother George had a son (Jacob) in 1771 the sponsors were Jacob and Barbara Biel. Whether this was a different Jacob Biel or the same one with a different wife is unknown. Also in 1771, Jacob and Barbara Behl had a child whose sponsors were Conrad and Maria Magdalena Yerian, son and daughter-in-law of Matthias Irion.
