Born May 20, 1922, in Ellisburg, he was the son of the late John and Effie Lane Lynn.
He was retired from GTE where he had worked for 40 years and a member of Community Baptist Church in Junction City. He was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Jane Harmon Lynn; a daughter, Priscilla Lynn of Danville; a son, Darrell Lynn of Somerset; two stepdaughters, Phyllis Wilson Hunt of Stanford and Kay Henninger of Lawrenceburg; two stepsons, Carsel Wilson of Danville and Garry Wilson of Bardstown; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Garry Wilson, Carsel Wilson, Brandon Wilson, Jody Harmon, Shelby Reed and Arlis Brown.
