Cousin Annette Albany Delk, 53, Glasgow, died at her residence; the daughter of Edward and Nelda Cox Albany. She was Traffic Control Officer with the Glasgow Police Department. She had worked years in traffic control at school crossings in Glasgow and was affectionately called "Miss Annette" by the elementary students. Survivors include one daughter, Kim Delk of Glasgow; her parents, Edward and Nelda Albany of Glasgow; her significant other, Dennis Love of Glasgow; two brothers, Al Albany and Eric Albany (Terri) all of Glasgow; four nieces and nephews; aunt Mildred "Mil"; two uncles, Philip Cox and A.G. Cox.
