Obit#1: Mrs. Violet Kirk, a former Bonnie resident, died Thursday in Fresno, California. Mrs. Kirk was born April 27, 1892 in Jefferson county, the daughter of Joseph C. and Minerva (Martin) Baker. She was married to Edward P. Kirk who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, and one brother. She is survived by one son of Prescott, Arizona, one son, two step-sons, two step-daughters, Mrs. Susie Danner and Mrs. Mary Shehorn, both of Mt. Vernon and several neices and nephews.
