LEOMINSTER -- Rita M. (Belliveau) Leger 91, of Leominster died Sunday October 21, 2012 in Leominster Hospital.

She was born on April 28, 1921 in St. Paul, New Brunswick, Canada, was the daughter of Henry and Bibiene (Cormier) Belliveau.

She was a member of St. Cecilia Parish in Leominster.

Rita is survived by her son, Peter Leger of West Boylston, MA, her four daughters, Theresa Leger of Leominster, Pauline Daley of Rindge, N.H., Linda Wright of Leominster and Della Butler of Leominster, her brother, Al Belliveau of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Canada, three sisters, Doris Blacquere and her husband, Adam Derzaph, Haite LeBlanc, and Minnie Surrette all of Canada, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Laurie J. Leger on June 29, 2007, two sons, Gerald Leger and David Leger, and a daughter, Fernande Leger.

LEGER -- The funeral will be held on Wednesday October 24, 2012 from the Wright-Roy Funeral Home, 109 West St., Leominster, with a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. in St. Cecilia Church, 168 Mechanic St., Leominster. A calling hour will be held Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association , 460 Totten Pond Road # 400, Waltham, MA 02451.
