Child Succums to Diphtheria.
Gaston, The little three year old of Robert Thompson died Wednesday morning at about 10:30 am. at the home of his Aunt, Mrs. Lizzie Thompson, with whom he has made his home since the death of is materanl grandmother about three months ago.
The child, an exceedingly bright little fellow, had been troubled with a slight cold for several days, but it was not considered serious. Wednesday morning his condition grew worse and the family physician was called and everything possible done to combat the deisease, diphtheria. Which had rapidly developed, but death followed in a few hours.
Funeral services were held Thursday morning at 11:30 am o clock.
