In Memory of
Deborah Darlene "Debbie" Duggins
August 24, 1961 - October 24, 2016
Obituary

Deborah Darlene "Debbie" (Hilliard) Duggins, 55, of Waynesboro, formally of Luray, went to be with the Lord on October 24, 2016, with her family by her side.

Debbie was born August 24, 1961 in Luray, Virginia. She graduated from Luray High School in 1979.

Debbie married her soulmate, John Duggins on December 1, 2006.

She loved riding with her husband, John, who is a truck driver. They traveled across the United States, making memories and enjoying each and every minute with each other. More than anything, Debbie loved the Lord and was an active member at Faith Point Christian Center. A dedicated follower, while she and John were on the road, she would live stream the church service, so she would not miss the Lord's word.

Debbie was preceded in death by her mother and father, Patsy M. (Presgraves) Hilliard and Erman F. Hilliard of Luray; brother, Erman F. Hilliard, Jr. of Dover, DE.

Debbie is survived by her husband, John; her fur babies, Harley, Blanca, and Coco; step daughter, Katilyn Duggins of Waynesboro; two sisters, Betty Griffith and husband, Eddie of Stanley and Karen Burton and husband, Rene of Luray; two brothers, Douglas Hilliard and wife, Pam of Luray and Wayne Hilliard and wife, Pam of Luray; a niece, Kayla Riley and husband, Chris of Luray; a nephew, Andy Seastrom and wife, Lauren of Stanley, both of whom she treated as her own children; a very special great-nephew, Braxton Riley; as well as other family, church family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Faith Point Christian Center with Pastor Marvin Melton officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Debbie's memory to Faith Point Christian Church Missions Group, P.O. Box 216, Waynesboro, VA 22980.
