Alonzo Herman Dick, 59, Eaton, died at Ball Memorial Hospital at 12:25 p.m. Sunday after a long illness.
Born in Somerset, Ky., he was a member of the First Baptist, Eaton, and employed at the Eaton Furniture Corporation.
Surviving are his wife, Grace; his mother, Mrs. Ever Dick, Norwood, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. David Witers, and Mrs. Willard Corner, both of Eaton, and Mrs. Clyde Baker, West Jefferson, Ohio; three sons, Charles and Everett, both of Eaton, and Paul, Ft. Benjamin Harrison, Indianapolis; one brother, Ray, Somerset, Ky.; four sisters, Mrs. Ralph Patterson and Mrs. Wilbur Patterson, Norwood, Ohio, and Mrs. Tom Denham and Mrs. Ottie Hines, Somerset, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, Eaton, with Rev. S. Pete Powell, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pitman Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Monday and until noon Tuesday, and at the church an hour before services.
