Shirley H. DuFour, 90, of Green Bay passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, October 23, 2016.

Shirley was born January 12, 1926 in Gladstone, MI, the only child of the late Arthist and Emily (Smith) Gravelle.

Shirley married Robert (Bob) DuFour on March 15, 1947 in Escanaba, MI. Shirley and Bob lived most of their lives in Green Bay. Shirley was a strong, supportive wife of her husband's career as a policeman. She also enjoyed the many friendships made through her work at Kaster's Religious Supply store.

In addition to their time spent at their cottage home on the Menominee River, Bob and Shirley spent many winters in Lady Lake, FL. Shirley enjoyed shopping for a bargain and her family will always remember her playful and unique choices of Christmas gifts given with her special sense of humor.

To those who knew and loved her it's only fitting that one of Shirley's final requests was that her epitaph be "Been there, done that! "

Shirley is survived by her granddaughters: Tina (Kipp) Horsens, Ann (Michael) Kussow, and Danielle DuFour; seven great-grandchildren: Sophia and Emelie Horsens; Annika, Ariana, Katarina, Michael, and Brett Kussow; daughter-in-law, Mary (Brad) Larson.

She was preceded in death by her husband; son, William DuFour; daughter, Sherry VanErem; granddaughter, Kim VanErem; and great-grandson, Michael Kussow, Jr.

Inurnment at Allouez Catholic Cemetery & Chapel Mausoleum.
