Fay Plummer, 90, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away October 20, 2016, at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas.

She was born on September 4, 1926, in Tyronza, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late Oscar "Doc" Roark and Ruth Felts.

She was united in marriage to Lee Roy Plummer on August 28, 1942 and to this union two children were born Doyle Plummer and Mary Fenger.

She attended the United Pentecostal Church in Piggott.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lee Roy Plummer, one grandson Brian Plummer, and three brothers, Carl Roark, Paul "Sonny" Roark and Charles Roark.

Survivors include her one son, Doyle Plummer of Machesney Park, Illinois and one daughter Mary Fenger and husband Mike of South Beloit, Illinois, four grand-children: Michael Fenger and wife Tammy, Tiffanie Fenger, Julie Woodhouse and husband Jeff and Daniel Plummer; six great-grand-children: Garrett Paravala, Caitlin Porter, Courtney Fenger, Scott Porter, Jacob Woodhouse and Joshua Woodhouse; a great great-grandson, Levi Flannigam; four sisters: Marie Chadwell, Wanda Rice, Janice Hampton all of Piggott, Arkansas and Doris Cook of Evening Shade, Arkansas.

Funeral services were held at the United Pentecostal Church with burial in Post Oak Cemetery in McDougal, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
