Oscar proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. While woodworking was his passionate past-time, he truly enjoyed cooking for his family and friends and spending time with them.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Kenneth and Virginia Lucille (Lee) Jones, Sr.; son, Oscar Kenneth Jones, III and brother, Larry Jones.
