LaVon Norton Paulson, 89, our beloved mom, grandma, and friend, passed away on February 15, 2005 in the loving presence of her family.

She was born June 10, 1915 in Hiawatha to James and Lillian Norton as the youngest of nine children.

She married Don Paulson on October 19, 1935 and their union was later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple.

Mother's life was an example of love and devotion to her family. She will always be remembered for her kind caring ways, smiling face, and sweet dimples.

She is survived by her five children, Sally (James) Featherstone, Carole (Evan) Williams, Reed (Berenda) Paulson, June Cassidy, and Brad (Cindy) Paulson; eleven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. LaVon was preceded in death by her husband, Don, in 1964 and two grandsons, as well as all of her siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2005 at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray. Friends and family may visit at the mortuary on Friday, February 18, 2005 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and prior to the services on Saturday from 10:45-11:45 a.m.
Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road (1700 West), Taylorsville.
