She was the wife of Albert Norman Sarvis and a daughter of Willard and Lillie (Baughman) Gearhart. She was born September 10, 1910 at West Decatur.
She leaves her husband, one son, Martin Robert at home; her mother of Juniata; the following brothers and sisters, Norman of Elmira, N.Y., John A. of Altoona, Ross of Los Angeles, Charles of San Rafael, Calif., Mrs. Evelyn Hartle of San Francisco and Mrs. H. E. Fox of Silver Springs, Md.
She was a member of the First Methodist church of Juniata and was the teacher of the Builders class of the church. She was also a member of the Women's society and the circle of the church.
Friends will be received at the James F. Saleme funeral home, Juniata after 7 P.m. Thursday, until 11 P.M. Saturday and thereafter at the church.
