KALISPELL WOMAN DIES THURSDAY
Mrs. Ida Elizabeth Soderstrom died in a Kalispell Hospital Thursday evening at the age of 77 years. Mrs. Soderstrom made her home at 19 Eighth Ave. West in Kalispell. She first came here in 1903 shortly after her marriage to Carl Soderstrom. She then moved to Camas, where she homesteaded and returned to Kalispell in 1925. She had been living here since. Her husband preceded her in death.
Mrs. Soderstrom is now survived by three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Frack, Mrs. Margret Kelly and Mrs. Gladys Koford, all of Kalispell; two sons, Clarence and Lloyd both of Kalispell; four sisters, Mrs. Alice Hetland and Mrs. Minnie Kjemprud both of Kalispell, Mrs. Lillian Decker and Mrs. Amy Stokes both of Whitefish; one brother, Floyd Olson, of Seattle; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Soderstrom will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Waggener and Campbell chapel by the Rev. Fred Crowe of Epworth Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Conrad Memorial Cemetery.

Ida Soderstrom
Funeral services for Ida E. Soderstrom were conducted Monday afternoon from the Waggener & Campbell chapel with the Rev. Fred Crowe, pastor of the Epworth Methodist Church, officiating. During the services Bill Carr sang two selected hymns, with Mrs. J. M. Carlson as organist. Interment followed n the family section of the Conrad Memorial Cemetery with Orval Stolte, John O'Boyle, Harry Hetland, Floyd Skogen, Francis Olson and William L. Stolte as pallbearers.
Ida Elizabeth Soderstrom was bnorn Sept. 9, 1881, at Caledonia, N.D., to Lewis and Anna Anderson Olson. She made her home there until 1903 when she was married to Carl Soderstrom, and with her husband moved to Kalispell. They made their home here for a time, and then homesteaded near Camas, Mont., where she made her home until 1925 when she returned to Kalispell.
Mrs. Soderstrom was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, in 1925. She was also preceded in death by her infant daughter, Hazel, and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Tibasar.
Surviving are five children, and a number of other relatives.
