Mrs. Weaver was born Jeanne Marie Ingram on Nov. 25, 1919, at Ellsworth.
She was co-owner of Skelly Restaurant, Ellis, for 13 years and a cook for Alloway's restaurant for many years and the Dairy Kreme, Ellis. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Ellis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Celestine John, in 1978; and a son, Paul, in 1942.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Lee of Hays and LeRoy of Sheridan, Wyo.; four daughters, Evelyn Marie Wickham of Hays, Margaret Jeanne Weber of Ames, Iowa, Elizabeth Josephine Pinney of Imperial, Neb., Lucille Ann Quinby of Ellis; two brothers, Herbert Ingram of Albuquerque, N.M., and Harold Ingram of Wichita; 19 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Ellis, the Rev. Kevin Weber officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Church Cemetery, Ellis. A rosary will be at 7 p.m. today at Wasinger Funeral Chapel, 400 E. 17th, Ellis 67637.
Memorials may be made to Ellis County Cancer Council. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
