She was united in marriage to Orville Andersen. He passed away in 1978. On April 8, 1983, she was united in marriage to Leo Walders. The couple made their home in Armstrong where Bonnie was employed as a custodian at Art's Way Manufacturing for 12 years in Armstrong. She retired in 1992. Leo passed away in December of 1996. In her leisure time she enjoyed gardening, traveling, baking, fishing, bird watching and her favorite passtime, watching tv. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
