son of Jesse Carl Crowder and Edna May Taylor Crowder in Sedan, Kansas. He passed away October 10, 2016 in Raymore, Missouri.
He was the youngest of 8 children, 3 girls and 5 boys. Jacks mother died 3 days after giving birth to him. His family traveled a lot looking for work after loosing a prosperous farm during the great depression. Jack grew up in the Kansas City, Kansas area where he was married to Mary Lee Pryor who he had 4 children with. Later in life he moved to Osceola, Missouri where he met and married Marie Lego.

Jack worked for the Osceola School District as a custodian and later for many years at the St. Clair County Courthouse from which he retired. He also enjoyed doing various jobs such as cutting wood. Jack loved to fish and spend time outdoors. After retirement he traveled extensively with his daughter Wanda and her family all over the United States and Canada.

He was preceded in death by his parents Edna May and Jesse Carl Crowder; 4 brothers and 3 sisters and 3 step daughters.

Jack is survived by his children, Larry Eugene Crowder, Edward Lee Crowder and wife Lyn, Wanda Lucille Franco and husband David, Edna May Overstreet and fiancé Chris Alderton, grandchildren, Vicki Lea, Jessica, James, Jennifer, Edward Jeremiah, Amy, Matt and Michael, Dena Rae, John Douglass, Aaron, Dusty, great grandchildren, Patric, Alexander, Jack, Nicole, Chase, Trevor, Travis, Alyssa, Skylar, Ashlynn, Embrey, Talon, Josiah, Noah and Sarah; great great granddaughter, Azella Moone Sanchez, other relatives and friends.
