Joseph Montgomery Blanks
The body of Joseph Montgomery Blanks will be carried to Lockhart this morning in a special car, which leaves here at 7:00 o'clock. Immediate relatives of the deceased and many friends place. A short funeral service at the home of A. B. Story, 231 West Craig Place, was conducted by Rev. Arthur Jones. After the arrival of the body and party in Lockhart a funeral service will be conducted by Rev. J. D. Young of San Antonio, who will accompany the body to Lockhart.
The active pallbearers will be: Rufe S. Bynum of Waxahachie, Walter Nolte, Seguin; Dr. W. E. Luter, San Antonio and A. R. Chew, Dr. A. A. Ross, James G. Burleson of Lockhart.
The honorary pallbearers will be, W. J. Moore, A,. W. Houston, Reese Wilson, E. B. Flowers, Ed. Rand, J. H. Watkins, H. C. Storey, F. F. Collins, A. B. Reynolds, A. W. Jordan, R. J. Boyle, Dr. Adolph Herff, A. W. Withers, J. G. Connally and J. H. Sparks.
