Wayne Frazier, at the age of 78, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 7, 2016 to be with our Lord in Heaven. Wayne is preceded in death by his mother, Loraine Baros; father, O. L. Frazier; step-father, Jerry Baros; and brother-in-law, Joe F. Rodgers. Wayne is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years, Kathy Frazier of Corpus Christi, TX; daughters, Jerri and husband, Kevin Viken and Kimberly and husband, Charlie Lunsford; sister, Pat Rodgers; brother, Dennis Baros and wife Barbara; nephews, Joe A. Rodgers and wife Fran, Chris Reeves and wife Angie; and niece, Amber Baros Layman and husband Clint. He also leaves a host of cousins and dear friends to cherish his memory. Wayne retired from Coastal Refinery and marketing after 30+ years – now known at Valero Refinery. Wayne loved to fish, hunt and work in the garden, enjoyed watching Nascar and his favorite football team, The Dallas Cowboys. But, mostly he loved spending time with his family. Our family wishes to extend Sincere Thanks to the staff of Angel Bright Hospice for the excellent care they provided to Wayne. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Reception to follow at Charlie and Kim’s Home, 27 Virginia Hills, Corpus Christi, TX 78414.
