RACINE - Carol M. Randall, 56, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2006, at her residence. Carol was born in Fairborn, Ohio April 30, 1949, daughter of Col. Charles A. and Marion (nee: Magill) Foreman. On August 7, 1971, in McLean, Va., she was united in marriage to John B. Randall. Carol was a graduate of Maryville College of Tennessee and received her Masters from the University of Florida. She taught school for eight years in Maryland, Florida, and New York before coming to J.I. Case High School, where she taught reading for 15 years. Carol was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church serving as Elder, Deacon, and was a member of the Christian Education Committee and taught Sunday School for many years, serving many years as the Director of Vacation Bible School and Advent Workshop. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, the Junior League of Racine, the Society of Mayflower Descendants, and the Pilgrim Edward Doty Society. Carol enjoyed gardening, reading, and loved cooking, but her passions were her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. Survivors include her husband, John; her three daughters, Brooke (David) DeLaO, Sarah (Donald) Nuttall, Kathryn Randall, all of Racine; her three grandchildren, Hunter, Braeden, and David DeLaO; her mother, Marion Foreman of Racine; sister, Susan (Steve) Viney of Florida; brother, Robert (Laura) Foreman of Issaquah, Wash.; father-in-law, John A. Randall of Millersville, Md.; brother-in-law, Robert (MaryJo) Randall of Lakeland, Fla.; special aunt, Kathryn Magill of Racine; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Col. Charles Foreman; and mother-in-law, Norma Randall. Funeral services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 716 College Avenue, Saturday, January 14, 2006, 10 a.m. with Rev. Randall K. Bush and Rev. Steve Fringer officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 4 until 7 p.m. Memorials to First Presbyterian Church, the American Cancer Society, or the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center Advances and Community Outreach have been suggested. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the doctors and staff at Froedtert Memorial Hospital for their loving and compassionate care given to Carol.
