Note: Lawrence Schneider was married twice his first wife was Elizabeth Margaretha Remke they were married in Spencer County Indiana February 15 1873 and had 2 sons Leon born @ 1875 and William born about 1876 both baptized at Ferdinand Indiana. Elizabeth died before 1879 AND Lawrence remarried to Antonia Leppert. The 1880 Census of Rockport Spencer County Indiana has Lawrence and Antonia with the 2 sons Leon and William
