She was born April 2, 1950 in Greensburg and was 66 years of age.
Survived by sons, Jody Bass, Ricky Bass and Mickey Bass; 6 grandchildren, Brittni, Cameron, Jessica, Samantha, Landon and Eugenie Bass; 1 great grandchild Karman Tate; 5 sisters, Betty Bardwell, Greensburg, Virginia Delatte, Clinton, Jimmie Ann Burton, Gulfport, MS, Glenda Mears, Clinton, and Belinda Allen, Greensburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Everett and Joyce Wells Allen; brothers, Johnny Allen and Roger Dale Allen; and sisters, Clara Allen and Lois Allen.
A memorial service in Doris' honor is scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 2 pm till 4 pm at Grangeville Baptist Church, Pine Grove, Louisiana. Friends and family are invited to attend.
