She was born May 20, 1926 in Spencerville, Ohio the daughter of the late Hugh & Mary (LaMoreux) Moorman. She was a retired school teacher from New Carlisle Schools and was a member of the New Carlisle Missionary Church where she taught Sunday school. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Edsel Huffman, daughter, Diane & Terry Kress of Laura, Ohio; grandchildren; Shaun & Jodi Kress of Laura, Kevin & Sarah Kress of Bradford, Ohio; great grandchildren; Caroline, Andrew & Averie; a brother, Robert & Marilou Moorman; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Dana Huffman; and a sister, Doris Collins. Visitation will be 11:00-2:00 PM Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM in the funeral home with Pastor Henry Favorite officiating. Burial will be in New Carlisle Cemetery.
