..Funeral services for Paul White, 79, a one-time resident of this area, will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Miller-Wehrle Funeral Home. The Rev. Tom Wright of Tipton, a nephew of Mr. White, will officiate, and burial will be in Jerome Cemetery, Visitation will be from noon on Saturday until service time.
..The body will be returned to Centerville Friday.
..Mr. White, a resident of 16220 Temple Drive, Minnetonka, Minn., died very suddenly in Methodist Hospital Tuesday, October 29, 1974.
..Mr. White was born February 5, 1895, in Jerome, and was the son of John and Mary Huston White. On June 21, 1923, he was married to Lou Norris in Numa, and she survives.
..He was a member of Plymouth Bible Chapel. Prior to his move to Minnesota 13 years ago, he had served as an underwriter for Bankers Life Company in Des Moines for a period of 43 years.
..His parents, a brother, John White, and a sister, Mrs. George (Naomi) Pinches, preceded him in death.
..Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Mrs. John (Mary Lou) Farquharson of Wayzata, Minn., two grandsons, two sisters, Mrs. Mable Norris, Pella and Mrs. Elsie Moore, Des Moines and two brothers, Lloyd White, Calif., and Donald White, New Brigton, Minn.
