Dr. Anthony V. Colalillo, 75, of Kenilworth, N.J., passed away peacefully on Monday, Sept. 19, 2016.
Dr. Colalillo's Life Celebration will be on Friday, Sept. 23 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Gray Funeral Directors, 12 Springfield Ave., Cranford, N.J. His Funeral Mass will be concelebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 541 Washington St., Kenilworth.
Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
Life:
He practiced gastroenterology and internal medicine in Rahway, N.J., since 1980 and was on the staff of Robert Wood Johnson at Rahway Hospital.
Anthony was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and the University of Bologna Medical School in Italy. Anthony completed his internal medicine and gastroenterology training at Martland Medical Center (UMDNJ) in Newark, N.J.
Family:
Anthony leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Ann Marie;
a daughter, Theresa and son-in-law, Gary Hanson; his son, Timothy and his fiancee, Alice Orejuela;
brother, Frank; sister-in-law, Evelyn of North Carolina; sister-in-law, Veronica of South River, N.J., and father-in-law, brothers-and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother, Peter.
